Who are we?
The Cooper Mountain PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) supports your student’s educational experience through volunteering and fundraising. We organize volunteers in and out of the classroom & support teachers and staff. From field trips to Literacy Night, from the famous Cougar Run to STEAM night, from Read-a-Thon to Spring Event, with your help we supporting our Cougar Community!

How can you support your student? It’s as easy as…

  1. Show up! Click here to read about our biggest events of the 2025-2026 school year

  2. Volunteer! Volunteer for an on-going opportunity or an event - click here to find out about the Volunteer Application Process

  3. Fundraise! If you can, help support specific activities and get your family and friends to join in, too!

    How can you stay informed?

You are already off to a great start by visiting this website, also check in on ParentSquare for Monthly PTO Newsletters, volunteer signups & reminders. Your student’s teacher will also reach out about volunteer opportunities (note: you must first go through the Application Process before being able to volunteer!).

Where does the funds raised go?

Great question! The funds raised go towards many things including field trips, teacher supplies, literacy enhancements, room parities, school assemblies, art literacy, and much more! The financial information is public here. And please join us for PTO General meetings throughout the year to talk through how you would like to see funds spent.
